  1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your personalized holiday video, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your video. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include editing your video or offering a refund or credit.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or credits are generally provided under the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If there are significant technical issues with your video that was caused by our platform (e.g., glitches, incomplete rendering), we will offer a full refund or a re-edit at no additional charge.

Product Defects: If the final video contains errors because of MyPixFlix production process (e.g., audio or visual defects), you may be eligible for a refund or re-edit.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a processing fee or may not be eligible for a refund if work has already begun on your video.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Customer Errors: Refunds will not be issued for errors made by the customer during the order process, such as uploading incorrect files, misspellings, or incorrect settings.

Minor Variations: Minor differences between your expectations and the final product (e.g., slight color variations, small adjustments) do not qualify for refunds.

Delivery Delays: Refunds are not provided for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues or other unforeseen events.

– A description of the issue

– Any relevant screenshots or video clips that illustrate the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

In some cases, we may offer a credit toward a future purchase or the option to re-edit your video instead of a refund. The choice of refund, exchange, or credit will be determined based on the specifics of your situation.
